Byblos offers private lenders and investors the opportunity to participate in the exclusive, high end luxury market of Southern California. This region holds a unique position in its long-standing resilience to attract buyers for its quality across all areas of real estate investment development. This market includes luxury properties that are better maintained and protected than other real estate markets and require less rehab work, shorter marketing turnaround times, and less risk all together.

Unlike distressed property investing in questionable or unstable communities, Southern California offers luxury homes and condos throughout multiple coveted communities that sustain a stronger financial position - making them a safer investment. Our focus on high-end properties in great neighborhoods also minimizes investor risk as these regions maintain historically low foreclosure, default, and bankruptcy rates.

SERVICES

We offer two opportunities: Secured Investment and Enhanced Investment.

The Byblos Fund Programs invest in short-term development projects where we purchase, renovate, and resell single family homes, multi-family properties, and smaller commercial real estate properties that fit our high end, luxury focus. This fund offers investors with higher than traditional market returns, reinvestment opportunities, and long-term prospects of steady passive income.

Byblos Design Investments was founded based around an investment philosophy that leverages proven luxury real estate markets such as Southern California. The vertical strategy of using our regional expertise to uncover, design, develop, market and finance high-end properties implies superior investor returns.

HOW IT WORKS

  • Phase 1 - We source off-market properties with high profit potential.
  • Phase 2 - Byblos secures the first position of the property.
  • Phase 3 - Our design and construction teams develop or renovate the properties for resale.
  • Phase 4 - Our sales and marketing teams pre-sell the properties during construction to maximize returns.

High end luxury home design, renovations, and flips have specific requirements that include short-funding timelines, premium capital, and equity creation at the time of acquisition.
