Lyon Kassab is currently the Managing Partner and Chief Financial Officer of Byblos - A career executive with more than twenty years of financial, operational, and strategic management expertise. Alongside real estate development, Lyon focuses on proptech startup development to stay at the forefront of real estate innovation.

Concurrent to Byblos, Lyon Kassab continues to be a dynamic and industry-agnostic Executive with a career spanning Consumer Packaged Goods, Management Consulting, and Automotive Industries. He specializes in Strategy and Operations and has spent a majority of his career linking Strategy, Operations, Finance and Technology to drive innovation and results. Lyon has more than two decades of Executive Management experience for billion-dollar companies, such as Herbalife ($HLF), Visalus Sciences ($VIS) and Avon ($AVP).

He is passionate about evaluating businesses and packaging ideas into feasible, scalable solutions. He also serves as a mentor to business students at Pepperdine in order to bridge the gap between entrepreneurship in higher education and real world Financing, Investments, and Corporate Development. One of Lyon’s past ventures, Fast Toys Club, acted as a capstone case to Pepperdine University MBA students.

Joshua Emison currently leads Business Operations and Sales at Byblos. His expertise stems from his leadership experience as the Owner of Tracer Consulting, a franchise recruiting firm where he specializes in sales, business development, and has the ability to understand Client problems and execute on creative solutions.
Alongside Byblos, Josh found his passion for empowering entrepreneurs to operate intelligently; he is dedicated to discovering passive income and wealth generation solutions for everyday Americans through property markets.

Prior to focusing on real estate innovation and franchise development, Josh served as an infantry officer in the US Marine Corps. During his tenure, he was an active platoon commander, a company executive officer, and head of logistics and operations across teams in Africa, APAC, and Jordan. He is dedicated to mentoring and advising veterans transitioning back to civilian life - mastering the skills to create a bridge between serving the country and servant leadership in business

Gabriel Silva is currently Head of Architecture and Technology at Byblos. Gabriel Silva is an expert Technical Lead across architecture and software development. He comes from a tenured, 20 year track record of both venture-backed startups as well as high demand agencies such as Isobar, Toptal, Stadium Goods, Luminary, Warby Parker, and Avion Advisors as Head of Technology. He is an expert in architecture, infrastructure, and backend software development.

With experience across all levels of enterprise development, Gabriel is key to infrastructure and architecture design and engineering at ground zero to scalable growth throughout the core software technologies for each product innovation. He leads core infrastructure and architecture development from design integrations to web development and mobile applications across Byblos’ innovation in real estate blockchain development, embedded software for project management, live feeds, and the studio design platform.
